At GuitarKit.Shop, we want to ensure your DIY electronics projects are a success, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unbuilt kits and components in their original packaging. Please note that once a kit has been soldered or modified, it is no longer eligible for a standard return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Package Your Components

  Carefully place all original parts, circuit boards, and hardware back into their anti-static bags and protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the kit is complete and un-soldered, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
