2. Customization & Order Options

• Dropshipping: Supported (suitable for reseller or bulk distribution needs).
• MOQ Requirement: Custom design & OEM orders are welcome, with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of just 1 set.
• Custom Order Confirmation: For custom design orders, we will take detailed photos of the finished product and send them to you first, allowing you to check every detail before shipment.
• Hardware-Free Version: If you only need the guitar body and neck (i.e., a no-hardware version), please inform us in advance—we will adjust stock and confirm the configuration for you.

3. Packaging & Logistics
• Packaging: Professional foam case / PANGO branded carton (ensures product safety during transit).
• Handling Time: 2–4 business days (time required for order processing, inspection, and packaging before shipment).
• Tracking Notification: Once your order is shipped, all tracking information (including tracking number and logistics update link) will be sent to your registered email address promptly.

NOTE: 
For the current PES335-57 kits, the neck does not have the stiffener on the back.
